Hello there!

We are Andrea and Nico, directors of « La Coume » camp, in the Southern France (Pyrénées Orientales).

Just like last year, we are currently looking for volunteers to come help and enjoy around here. A partnership between OFAJ and Fondation Kruger/La Coume has been going for many years. A few times a year, La Coume hosts Ofaj groups and is hoping to keep those exchanges going for a long time !  It is very meaningful to us as the Fondation has been created by a German couple in 1933 and ran by them for 50 years.

The busy season has starting and will be going until end of August, that is why we would love to have some volunteers here spending from 2 weeks to a two months if they like. We are currently hosting a young German girl who is doing her service civique with the Ofaj, and she will be leaving at the end of June. 

We host various types of groups along the Spring and Summer season, such as schools, musicians, yoga courses, singers, Ofaj seminars…

The role of the volunteers would be making sure the groups are having a great time by helping in different tasks such as cleaning, dish washing, outdoor maintenance, laundry, preparing snack time, helping with the breakfast…

You would for sure have a great culture exchange experience here, and will be able to enjoy the beautiful mountain and coastal surroundings too.
