We are currently looking for our Store Manager to be part of the exciting upcoming launch of a Devialet store at KaDeWe in Berlin!

As a Store Manager, where you will lead the retail team, train and motivate staff, implement merchandising plans, and maintain a professional store image. You will also contribute to sales and marketing initiatives, compile reports, maintain inventory control, and work closely with all departments.
In this position, your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Be responsible for leading the retail team to achieve the assigned sales goals for the store and for each individual.
- Work closely with your manager the Market Head of Nordics, Southern & Eastern Europe and the Départment Store of KaDeWe.
- Ensure that store merchandising plans are correctly implemented and that the store image is maintained for the brand to be represented professionally.
- Assist in understanding and identifying the needs and requirements of existing and potential customers, and share the information with the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing initiatives that will boost sales at the store.
- Participate actively in training sessions to acquire the latest knowledge (products and technologies), then conduct in-store training sessions with the retail team.
- Compile reports on traffic information, client demographics, commercial pitch efficiency, and processes for optimizing staff presence in the store.
- Maintain good inventory control and track sales performance at different points of sales.
- Work closely with all departments: Customer Support, HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure corporate guidelines and procedures are adhered to within the team at the store.
- Accomplish other tasks or achieve other KPIs as assigned by the company.
Our requirements profile includes:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of work experience in luxury retail as sales, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding sales results.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales management, training experience is a plus.
- Highly proficient in English. Other spoken language proficiency is welcome.
- Leadership qualities with high ambitions.
- Autonomy, problem-solving abilities, and entrepreneurial drive are essential
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and open to learning new software platforms.
- Well-spoken, strong presentation and communication skills required.
- Training, Workforce Management experience is a plus.
- High energy to cope with a versatile and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to represent the brand.
- Interest or knowledge in Audio, luxury brands, and music would be an advantage.
- Availability and flexibility to work (roster-based) to meet the needs of the business.
