Accepted media include photography, illustration, drawing, painting, collage and poster. Both new and existing artworks are welcome. Participation is free and no artistic experience is required. One artwork is enough to apply. Artists keep full ownership of their work.

Selected artworks will be printed and exhibited in Brussels (Belgium) and Zadar (Croatia) in September 2026, and published in a digital booklet shared across Europe - real visibility for emerging voices, and a meaningful way for young people to take part in democratic life through their art.
